1:64 Hot Pursuit Series 7 and 1:64 Auction Block 14 hit the pegs this Spring
Indianapolis, IN (April 12, 2011) GreenLight has two simultaneous releases coming this April that are sure to have something for everybody! Hot Pursuit and Auction Block are veteran series amongst the GreenLight offerings, each set attracting more collectors with every wave of release.
1:64 Hot Pursuit features past and present law enforcement automobiles licensed through each individual department. Series 7 includes six cars from a wide range of departments and offices, small counties and state highway’s, undercover and highly decorated vehicles all pulled from across the US. Toping of series 7 is the new 2012 Taurus Interceptor, a long awaited and much talked about addition to police fleets across the country.

1:64 Auction Block highlights cars that sold at auction and archive a past of rare and obscure to the historic and hot. With deep and varied pasts in automobile history each car in series 14 sold at the Mecum Auto Auction. All six cars range in year, make and model for a set that will appeal to automotive enthusiasts to classic car hobbyists and history aficionados.

These 1:64 die-cast replicas feature detailed engines, real rubber tires, metal body and chassis, detailed graphics, custom license plates and are officially licensed by the respective auto manufacturers. The release is scheduled for May 2011 and will be available through official GreenLight official hobby shops and wholesale dealers, as well as at Toys ‘R’ Us and Meijer.
